Description
The aim of the Call is to increase the competitiveness of micro and small enterprises operating in Budapest with very low digital intensity by supporting digital transformation, including the introduction and operation of market-available digital solutions and strengthening digital basic infrastructures. The Call intends to enhance the efficiency and income-generating capacity of these SMEs.
Conditions
Projects that meet the criteria set out in the call and its annexes are eligible for support under this call.
Eligible activities
IT investments serving the digital operation of the enterprise and the development of its business processes:
• Procurement of software and services necessary for the introduction and operation of digital technologies.
• Procurement of IT, network, and telecommunications equipment.
• Participation in trainings and services related to the introduction of digital solutions.
Developments must align with the objectives and eligibility conditions defined in the call.
FAQ
Who can apply?
Profit-oriented micro and small enterprises with very low digital intensity, at least one completed full business year, and a Budapest implementation site, subject to fulfilling further eligibility criteria.
How much support can be requested?
Minimum 3 million, maximum 12 million HUF non-refundable grant.
What own contribution is required?
At least 10% own contribution is required. The support intensity is up to 90%.
Is an advance payment available?
Yes, up to 25% of the awarded support, according to the conditions of the call.
How much time is available for implementation?
Up to 24 months from the start of the project.
Can applications be submitted in consortium?
No, support applications can only be submitted individually.
